Inventory Report IS NOT Accurate
Hi,
I don't know if it is just my account but i reported last week that my Inventory Reports are not accurate :mad:
It seems that the criteria and the filters are not working properly.
For example: in one of my filters i have Transaction type: None of Return Authorization and in my results i see items that were return and are showing up....
I filed a case last week 718965 and i was told by the supp rep that she will call me back that day and she never call me.
Today, I called back again to see the status and they told me that they are filling an issue...This is incredible :mad:
