System notes erro after updates

This is not a big problem on my work flow, just want to report a bug. It seems support never understand what I want to say, so I publish here.
Case number 712114, support has taken screen shot.
1. My warehouse fulfilled and invoiced an order. On the system notes of that Item fulfillment, it says, warehouse pick, pack, ship the order, but "Person A" changed the GL impact. (Cost of goods sold, stock on hand). Person A would never touch this item fulfillment because it's not her job at all.
2. My warehouse manager did a Stock adjustment. System notes says he changed the stock quantity, but "Person A" changed the GL impact (stock on hand..). Person A hasn't got the access to touch stock adjustment record and it's not her job, she would not even look at it.
