Custom Transaction Column Issue

I have several custom transaction columns that use filters to display a subset of values from a list/record.  One custom column is a shipping method that is of type item with a filter of type = Shipping Cost Item.  Since our account was upgraded on 2/22 filters on custom columns are not working.  Any help would be appreciated.
