HTML Printing Issue with New Release, Case #765286
Since the new release was deployed, we have had difficulty printing some custom forms that have worked fine for over two years. Some custom forms print, while others produce an error screen with a message to contact NetSuite support.
I spent a couple of hours with the NetSuite support staff trying to troubleshoot the problem. They were very good, but have now turned it over to the issue team to work.
I am now redesigning all the forms to be PDFs since some of the HTML forms are no longer working. There are no scripts running, just simple variations on sales order forms.
