Intermittent shopping cart issues?
I'm not positive yet - but I'm floating this out there to see if any other customers are having intermittent issues with their shopping carts?
We have received 3 complaints in 2 days regarding customers having problems checking out of our web store.
Yesterday, a customer contacted us who was using WebTV who was having problems so we dismissed it - I mean, who uses WebTV? They were on the final review their order screen and when they tried to purchase, it blanked out and made them start over.. or something along those lines.
Then, 5 minutes later, another customer called on Windows XP / Firefox 2.x - and was having problems.
