Role permissions on custom fields
I only see 'Edit' and 'View' permissions for roles on custom fields. What does this mean? Especially for Parent-Child fields.
In particular, does setting 'View' remove the ability to 'attach' and 'remove' from parent children?
Unfortunately, it looks like the 'Edit' would give 'attach' and 'remove'. Would like to see additional roles 'Create' and 'Delete' Or 'Full'. That way, 'Create' would allow 'attach' but not 'remove' and 'Edit' would not allow 'attach' or 'remove' (very nice to have). 'Full' would allow all.
Attach/remove links are still a nuisance when people inadvertently think they are deleting the record when in fact they are orphaning it.
