Beta Testing

NetSuite Beta Agreement:

"Because of the confidential nature of the Beta software, Netsuite Beta users may not discuss the Beta version on any user group, including the NetSuite User Group. Discussing Beta feedback on the User Group will result in expulsion from the Beta Program"

Is this for real? This would seem to be a logical forum to address some issues and help each other through a process. This is our company's first experience with a Netsuite release upgrade and beta program since going live last spring. I don't want to violate the terms, but there seems to be a number number of posts concerning beta issues.
