Unexpected Error - cannot BILL Sales Orders! v2008.2
We were upgraded to V 2008.2 on Friday night.
It looks like everything is working, EXCEPT, we cannot BILL Sales Orders, which we would not ordinarily do till Monday (and Beta was OK).
We can create them, and they are coming in off the web fine, and Fulfillment, both singular and bulk, is working.
However, with Billing, on Save, we get the dreaded "Unexpected Error" screen. I called support, and thought they were going 24/7 this weekend, but got a "we're closed" message.
Filed email case. "Your Customer Care Case # is 764198". Anyone reading - please check and confirm your results? Hope NS gets this fixed by 8am PDT.
