Webinars not working on Safari or Firefox for MAC

We are trying to watch the webinars regarding the new release and others and are getting an errors message that "the requested file is not recognized by webex player as a webex recording."
In Firefox, it just crashes.
We are on MAC OS 10.4.11
This is happening on all machines with all the ' free webinars'. The Netsuite Central videos work fine. Any help would be appreciated!
