Trouble Using Custom Body Field in Email Template
I have a custom body field that uses a formula to get the shipping zip code for a sales transaction. The custom body field displays the correct zip code when viewed in the transaction.
The transaction body field is set to "Show in List" and not set to Store Value. The formula for the default value is {shipzip}.
When I try to use this field in an email template by selecting it from the "Insert Field" pull down box it inserts the code <NLCUSTBODY36> which is the correct ID for this field. However when sending or previewing the message the output is always "ERROR: Field Not Found"
