Price include Tax doesn't work !

I have 6x8 matrix items I need to set the price as "Include GST" Because orders for these items are coming from EDI, and the buyer always include GST in the price. I have to change the price in every EDI orders manually before.
Now we are updated to 2008.2, I want to change the price to "Include TAX". I checked the "price include Tax", it was updated successfully, but when I go back to the item, it is still not checked. I have tried to update it 5 times, it didn't work.
An erro comes out:
parent item 64436, price $11.00 before Tax. I changed the price to $12.10, checked "price include tax", submit. Now 64436, price is still $11.00, "price include tax" is still not checked, but the 6 matrix item of 64436, ie 64436--nav--102, "price include tax" is still not checked, the price is changed to $12.10. If I enter this item in a sales order, price $12.10 will come out then add 10% GST, price becomes $13.31 !!
