Milestone Billing Process Broken

I have a client that relies heavily on Milestone Billing.  They converted to 2008 v2 on Friday and have run into many problems with the new Netsuite that was guaranteed in many training sessions to work the same when upgraded.  The issues we have run into so far include:
1.  The is no longer a milestone tab on the Sales Order.
2.  Milestone Billing is not an option to choose for a Billing Schedule type on the sales order.
3.  The Create Jobs from Sales Orders creates Project Tasks not CRM tasks.
4.  There is not a milestone field on a CRM task or Project Task.
