Related Item Category Defect
Something is breaking the related items functionality. Once broken, adding, removing or changing the related items or related item category on an item has no effect. We have reported this strange and sporatic issue for years and cannot seem to get to the bottom of it. Most items have 2 related item categories and it seems to work fine most of the time.
Anyone have items with the related items tab broken so not matter what changes you make to the related item tab, it will not update? Again, we can add a new related item or related item category and it submits fine, however the page does not update. Once this happens, we can even remove all related items and related item categories and it submits fine, however nothing changes on the page display. What causes this? I used to think it was caused by trying to add 2 related item categories that have the same item in each category. Maybe that
