Slow response times since 2008.2 ?

Anyone else experiencing a seemingly slower response time when loading pages, running reports and viewing sublists since upgrading to

I have experienced it, and keep getting numerous complaints from my user base.  

Just wondering if it is me or a consequence of the upgrade

Have a Case  open already (778495), just thought i would see if anyone else has issues like this.
