Was there a change to Landed Cost UI?

Has there been a recent release/change in NetSuite that added/exposed new fields on the Purchase Order Item Receipt Record?

Our Web Service system for processing receipts from a WMS started failing last week. Today we discovered the reason: The Item Receipt record would NOT save because two new mandatory fields were added:
[LIST=1]
[*]Cost Allocation Method
[*]Inbound Produce Freight Source[/LIST]These fields do NOT appear in the Item Receipt Form Designer, so I could NOT remove or change from being a mandatory field.
