Do no release updates at Melbourne work time

It's 1:00 PM here, the busiest time in one work day.
I believe Netsuite just did some updates which make most of our users can not access Netsuite or just can not work. It last 40 minutes. Gave me big trouble.
Netsuite, if you are selling Netsuite to Australian, please consider our work time.
