Washington State Taxes still wrong.

Netsuite any update on when this will be fixed. California taxes were fixed fairly quickly. But I'm still waiting on Washington State. I already filed a case (863165) and was issued a defect (162357). But the most info I seem to be able to get is that it is under investigation.
