Lead Qualification

Hi-
We are running NS Small Business. I was excited when I saw the lead qualification enhancements for 2009.2. Since I can't find anything in setup/company/enable features, or able to have a default lead type in setup/company/preferences/general preferences, I am assuming this isn't enabled in NSSB? Usually when something is disabled, it states it in the help files.
Any thoughts?
