Where the heck is the online support center these days?

I no longer seem to have a link to the online support center in the 2009 upgrade. You know, the place where we track enhancement requests - the only way of making our voices heard with NS in regards to defects and ehancements....  What the heck happened?

These are my options in the menu:

Customer Support Menu Options - links to PDF
Support Policies - More PDFs
Contact Support Online - Support Form only
Contact Support By Phone -
Billing Questions
Order Forms
NetSuite Support Login - Lets me set how long NS  can access my accoutn

Where is the support center login?????
