*** Urgent more shipping problems - not charged for shipping and cannot edit ***
Our default shipping method is being ignored by Netsuite so we have processed many orders without any shipping charges and without any method of producing shipping labels.
The problem is that if I go back to those orders and click edit only two shiping metods are showing "Collect from trade counter" and "Same Day courier" neither of which will produce UPS shipping labels. I do not understand why other methods such as "Royal Mail" are not displayed either. I have tried editing the shipping methods to be the same as "Royal Mail" but they will not display so I do not understand why only these two methods of shipping are available in edit mode.
