Scheduled Workflow - Just how is this supposed to work?
First of all, NetSuite should open up a forum category for Workflow Manager and assign a knowledgable person to monitor these threads. If you want feedback and to get people using it we need a way to get answers quickly.
OK, so I have a scheduled workflow and I see the following in the Workflow History:
Claim Submission Status Updater Scheduled Entry 5/6/2010 8:02 am 5/6/2010 11:14 am
Claim Submission Status Updater Scheduled Entry 5/6/2010 7:02 am 5/6/2010 7:47 am
Why is it staying in a State for 3+ hours? When the Workflow runs as a User Event triggered workflow it completes in less than 1 minute:
