First Workflow attempt
Overview: Orders arrive via WebServices and are validated via script to be upsell candidates and are subsequently placed "on-hold" using a custom field. Orders are automatically released from their hold status based on a scheduled script (date driven release).
I would also like to add the ability to manually release orders from their hold status.
I've created a custom record with a single field (link to sales order).
I'd like to have the user use the custom record form, select an order to release, and click save, which would trigger a workflow to automatically set the custom field on the sales order to "released" as well as set a checkbox field on the sales order.
