Safari Issues w/ iPod, iPad & iPhone

We have created a form that customers submit online with their contact information. When they "Submit" the page using safari (from iPhone, iPad or iPod), Safari replies with:

"An unexpected error has occurred. Support has been alerted to this problem" :eek:

This issue w/ Safari occurs when you submit the form from an iPad, iPod & iPhone. (works fine with all other web browsers)


Help! This just started to happen since the new release, we never had issues before then.
