This field seems totally impossible to get access to in either WorkFlows, Saved Searches, or customised lists/filters!

Whilst I like Payment Holds in theory, we really need to have better access to the various fields so that we can build a proper workflow around it.

Right now, I don't seem to be able to stop these orders appearing on our picking list, so the warehouse is busy picking stock which is probably never going to be shipped - wasting everyone's time!

Anyone found a solution??
