Return Authorization - Drop Shipment

In 2011.2, when creating a Return Authorization, I am unable to check the "Drop Shipment" check box on the item detail.

We were able to do this workflow on Friday. (prior to 2011.2 upgrade)

Is anyone else seeing this issue?
