2011.2 Preview -- New Rich Text Buttons Don't Work
The following buttons on the Rich Text Editor in 2011.2 Preview do not work in IE9 running on Win7 Pro SP1 x64. Clicking on the button does nothing, except maybe move the cursor up a line or to the top.

Numbered List

Bullet List

Indent

Outdent

The icons for Indent and Outdent look the same to me

Left align

Center align

Right align

Insert Link
While the buttons seem to work in FF5, it still has the same problem with the width of the field not reflecting the specified width as it was in 2011.1 and prior.
Doesn't seem like anyone gave this even the most basic of a test before releasing as Preview.
