Consolidated statements since 2010.2

Hey Guys,

We generate statements automatically with a nightly scheduled script but since the release of 2010.2 this seems to be "broken".  We use the ‘Accept Payments Through Top-Level Customer preference’ which I believe has changed since the last release and there is now the option to select whether you want a consolidated statement or not. 

It would appear that we need to generate the statements as consolidated statements but I am not currently setting this option in the code so I presume that it is defaulting to false.  I attempted to add it to the code (as seen below) but it is still not working.
