Unable to change lead status in direct line editing
Hi everyone,
We were upgraded to 2011.1 on Friday, 5/13.
Today, our 100-person sales team logged in to NetSuite and no longer had the ability to change the status of the leads they had called via direct line editing. In fact, the list for that field doesn't have any values when viewed in direct line editing mode.
It's only affecting clients in the Lead or Prospect stages.
We ARE able to change the customer status from within the customer record, but that severely affects prospecting time.
I opened a case, but Customer Support says no one else is reporting this issue and we'll have to request an enhancement...
