sales order doesn't print properly after upgrade

After upgrade in the weekend, our sales order (embroidery instruction) can not print properly anymore. We have a image for people to mark embroidery position and shipping address on the bottom half of the first page. Now they all covered by the order lines.
I hope it can be fixed straight away. We have about 300 to print every day. Now we have to draw and write everything by using a pen.

Defect #- 197685

SUMMARY: Setup > Customization > Transaction Form PDF Layouts > Columns are extended to bottom of the page even if 'Extend Columns to Bottom of Page'=F
