ensure item names are unique?
Am I completely dense? I've been roaming around in the help trying to find something about enforcing unique item names.
We are integrating with a 3rd party WMS that relies on item names being unique. We've just discovered that netsuite will allow you to have an identical name if its a child of a different parent.
So eg:
catA:WidgetA
catA:WidgetA
will not be allowed as its a duplicate, however:
catA:WidgetA
catB:WidgetA
is allowed although WidgetA are nominally the same name.
I can understand that you may want to allow non-unique item names in matrix items or several category items.
