Bulk Set URL Componant

One week ago I used the bulk set image URL component process in our sandbox account.

All our images that are linked to an item via a netsuite standard field now have that items name as their url component.

However, none of those images use their URL components in out web store.

Is there an additional step that says 'Use the image url components?'
