Search Email From Address

Since our upgrade Friday night, all system generated emails from Netsuite are now coming with the From name being the employee number that created the search(eg "00304"), instead of coming from "Netsuite Alerts".  Is there a global setting I can choose to switch it back?  Please tell me I don't have to go into every search that generates an email and tell it the From name I want to be.
