Realized/Unrealized gains losses

Can anyone help me?  The updated version of NetSuite now has a these two new accounts whioch do not havea ccount numbers allocated.  I have worked out that the unrealized gains is linked to month revaluation but the realized gains/losses I cannot work out and as there is no account number I cannot journal any entries.  Has any one any ideas?
