Transaction Form Customization

We were upgraded last Friday.  Now I cannot make a change to a Transaction Form.  I am trying to update a Quote Transaction Form and change one of the Body fields so it does not print any more.  That is the only change, and when I select Save, it comes up with an error saying "Custom Field already exists".  I have not tried to even Add a new field!
