Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

2012.1 FedEx Address Verification
Is anyone else having issues with this? Im' getting rejections on multiple addresses that I've sent Fedex packages to many times. Also when I check enter the address on FedEx.com it gives me no problems or warnings.
When an address comes back as invalid, it refers us to the address checker on USPS.com. FedEx, though, is able to deliver to many addresses which do not get normal USPS deliveries, so the USPS tools is not all that useful. I hope this is not the verification database that its actually checking against.
Other times it simply asks for a suite or apartment #. I've double checked with numerous clients, and all of them insist they've never used a suite #. Surely we could have a check box to skip address verification?
