Case Creation Email Notification

Our customers are no longer recieving a confirmation email with their cases when they create a case by email. Prior to Friday night(our upgrade date) everything was working fine.

The case creation emails and notification of the case number are very important to our support organization.

This is a major issue and is causing netsuite another black eye in the opinion of our support team. I have wasted several hours looking into the issue and I am currently still waiting to hear back from NetSuites support team.
