Rename Transactions reverted

I'd renamed Estimates to be Quotes about 18 months ago. Since the latest release this has reverted back to Estimate and it will now not let me rename it. It allows me to save the change but going back to Setup>Company>Rename Records/Transactions I can see the change has not been saved.

Also my standard Lead/Sales/Orders trend graphs are no longer showing any data on the dashboard although my custom ones are.

Anyone else having similar problems?
