Sales Tax Not Calculating Correctly with Promo Codes

Sales tax is not calculating correctly with the use of a promo code giving a percentage off!:h_a_w:  Regardless of how we set up the promo code - either display line item discounts checked or not - it is being calculated on the original amount of the order!!!!:mad:  Imagine having to deal with an email at 9pm at night from an irate customer to find this out and now having to go through every order placed that has sales tax on it and recalculate it manually and enter a new percentage based on what the sales tax SHOULD be!!!
