Permission Violation: you may not access this record.

Some of our users do not have permission to edit sales orders.  And now after 2013.2 they are unable to bill the sales order

Most our of our users do not have permission to edit cash sales, and now after 2013.2 they are unable to create and RA Return Authorization.
