Issues with case message formatting
In the Communication section of a case, we have a custom view for case messages where we basically rearranged the order that the default view showed and added the Message field for each individual message.
As of this morning, the Message formatting is squished together (no page breaks show where they should) and we now see HTML based items in the message (like out company logo) where previously we did not.
It appears that the page break thing only impacts the main view (if we click the 'view' link next to a message, the pagebreaks look ok and the customers appear to be getting properly formatted messages for now).
