Can't Fulfill Sales Orders as we normally have
Starting about 3 weeks ago we are longer able to fulfill sales order as we have in the past and the process nows takes twice as long if not more.
In the past after receiving in a PO we would pull up the associated Sales Order and click the FULFILL Button. However, starting several weeks ago the FULFILL button is greyed out and we have to EDIT the Sales Order and change every line Item from DO NOT COMMIT to AVAILABLE QTY in order to Fulfill the Sales Order.
Our Items are all SPECIAL ORDER and on the Sales Order are all set to DO NOT COMMIT and each Sales Order has one or more PO's specifically to fulfill a given Sales Order.
