Drag & Drop - upload getting stuck

Hi,

We have started to use the Drag & Drop add on and its generally working well.  Just with one user, hes just not able to upload any files.  The upload get stuck at either a pending upload status or after the initialisation.  We tried clearing cache etc and its not helped.

Any ideas what could be causing this?  Thanks.
