New UI - Setup Tab and Customization Tab

How do I re-enable,   displaying all the Setup Tasks  / sub task  and Customization Tasks  2 tabs.    I do not need to see - Welcome to the Setup Manager.

In 2014.1, there is a setting in Set Preferences - Appearance Tab to turn OFF the Setup Manager help screen.   This setting in gone in 2014.2

Any idea how to eliminate the setup manager and display the available functions?  .   ( same for the Customization Tab)
