Webstore categories not displaying until user is logged in

Something has changed since last Thursday!  If you just browse to www.nelsonsbusparts.com none of the categories on the left and right get populated.  This used to work, and I have changed absolutely nothing.  Another dang eFix that has screwed stuff up.  Please let us know what is changing in the eFix's.  Now, time to waste hours trying to figure out how to get this stuff to appear!
