'USER_ERROR Please specify a tax code and tax rate for this customer' since release
We use web services to add customers and sales order to NetSuite.
Since the new release, 90% still seem to get added OK. But, the rest of the order adds have begun failing with error 'USER_ERROR Please specify a tax code and tax rate for this customer'. They failing order adds have regions/postcodes where we do not charge tax. Other orders shipping to such regions have been added OK.
Our Set Up Taxes settings:
We have as Checked: Enable Tax Lookup, Customers default to taxable, items default to taxable, charge out of district sales tax.
Charge Sales Tax on store orders = Always
