CSV Import Not Functioning Properly - Not Allowing Credit Card Imports
Hello, my 16.1 version of NetSuite will not run any of my csv imports that have credit card information. The process of running the CSV import from the import assistant works as it normally should, but when completed there is NO record of the import on the status page. This is true for customers and sales order record types. I have tested this in multiple browsers with the same results. This happens on a record creation or update in the same way. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know. I have a case open currently. In the meantime,
