Ghost Login Failures
I am seeing some weird behavior lately. As admin I get alerts for people locking themselves out, of course. We have been getting a lot lately and when contacting the affected employees we are told they are still working along merrily still.
I haven't talked to all users but it appears to happen when, say, saving a case takes a long time and they open a second tab. I get a notification that they are logged out but the user can keep working as long as they keep the tab they were in originally open. If they close all tabs then they have to wait the 30 minutes.
