UPS residential/commercial
version 11 says:
"You can also designate an address as a business or residence on sales orders and order fulfillments"
I don't see how to do this on Sales Orders. I do see that if/when I Fulfill a Sales Order (role: administrator) one at a time there is a box on the address tab to check "residential". But I don't fulfill Sales Orders one at a time. I go to Transactions>Fulfill Sales Order and get a whole page of orders to be fulfilled with a check box before each one that I wish fulfilled. At this point there's no box to check for "residential", as there really shouldn't be. At this point the shipping address should already be set as
