Kits won’t de-commit after being fulfilled
I’ve filed a support case about this but its not being looked at, so I’m going to try here: I’ve noticed we often don’t have the stock to fulfil a new order, however, I know this is not the case as we have the stock available physically.
I’ve traced it down to the fact that when we sell kits, the order goes though the fulfilment and invoicing chain correctly, but the ‘committed’ column remains the same and doesn’t zero. So, we’ve a bunch of old fulfilled orders that are still committing stock. Go and try to fulfil them, and it can’t find the order, obviously. However, I have to go though the Reallocate Items screen for nearly all of my kit items now as there is a list of orders already fulfilled for which stock STILL gets committed.
