Shipping w/two user rolls
I have 2 user rolls in Netsuite. When I shipped in 1 roll, it does not update the other roll. Therfore, the systems prompts me to ship and bill the order again. This is a huge problem b/c it causes double shipments and double billingthe customer.:mad: Since it takes so long to get a response from support, does anyone else have this problem? Not to mention, this problem is affecting the inventory.
